To pick up your vehicle, you need: 1- Passport or ID card in the name of the main driver. 2- Driver's driving license. 3- Credit or debit card in the name of the main driver for the deposit. Only original documents are accepted.
The minimum age of the driver to rent a vehicle is 18 years old and 1 year of driving license. Young drivers (under 21 years old) must take out comprehensive insurance.
To collect your rental car in Morocco, you will have to pay the deposit, the amount of which varies from €450 to €3,000 depending on the category of vehicle rented: The deposit is only blocked on your credit card for the duration of the rental, and not debited. At the end of your rental, the deposit is released at the airport by our agent. To limit the excess blocked on your card, you can subscribe to our total or partial Excess redemption services, which limit your liability in the event of accident. Yes, it is possible to rent a car at an airport (Marrakech, Casablanca, Fes, Tangier, Rabat, etc.) and return it to a different rental agency. One-way car rental gives you more freedom to explore and enjoy your rental. However, a fee of €100 will be charged to cover the cost of returning the car in its original condition. This fee is due to the costs incurred in repatriating the vehicles.
